Is my data secure?

Your sensitive data is stored on our database servers encrypted with AES-256.  

Your Google and Microsoft accounts are accessed via OAUTH2 secure protocols without the need for us to ask for or store your username or passwords.

Access to app.calendarhero.com is secured with modern TLS (HTTPS) security protocols.

CalendarHero servers run on Amazon Web Services in a secure facility with active monitoring, total system logging, and security including AICPA SysTrust, ISO 27001, and other leading physical security measures. Regular penetration tests are performed with TrustWave.

CalendarHero is GDPR compliant. We believe that everyone has a right to manage their data, so we have extended these updates to all CalendarHero users around the world and their contacts. You can access and manage your data overview here: https://gdpr.calendarhero.com/.

Also, when you delete your account all of your data stored on our servers are erased, including any 3rd party data account authorizations.

And finally, we only store a minimal amount of personal information from our data accounts. When you request more information or we need to send you information, our servers dynamic source that additional information.
