Saving Calculations

Wonder how many minutes you or your team are actually saving with CalendarHero? 

CalendarHero automatically calculates each user's time savings based on software usage. These savings are shared with every user in their Morning Briefing.

Customizing Saving Calculations:

CalendarHero automatically assigns meetings saved to the most common scheduling tasks. Team plan administrators however may wish to customize the values used to better align with the internal needs of their organization. 

To customize this calculation (Admins only) go to Admin Settings Productivity and enter the number of minutes to use for each task. This will update the calculation for all team plan users.
