CalendarHero has made changes to improve the syncing speeds of your Microsoft integrations. As a result, as of March 11th, 2021, users with existing Microsoft integrations (such as Office365 and Outlook) will see a message prompting them to upgrade their related integrations.
While your Microsoft integrations will continue to work using existing connections, we highly recommend all users upgrade their Microsoft integrations as soon as possible. Upgrading is quick and easy, and will improve the syncing speed of your information; so any updates such as new calendar events can sync faster than ever!
How to upgrade your Microsoft integration:
If you see an upgrade message on your Dashboard, or an 'Upgrade Now' button on an integration please follow the instructions below. If an upgrade message appears on your Dashboard, but you do NOT have any user level integrations that require an upgrade, then your Team Admin may need to upgrade a corporate-wide integration on your behalf.
If you are an individual updating their own user level integrations:
- Login to your web app and go to My Integrations to view all of your existing integrations
- Click the red 'Upgrade Now' button if it appears on your Microsoft integration card (such as Office365 or Outlook)
- Follow the directions to re-authenticate your Microsoft provider.
- You will be prompted by Microsoft to accept CalendarHero app permissions.
- Follow steps 2 & 3 for each of your Microsoft providers that display an 'Upgrade Now' button
- That's it! If you have any questions or should require any assistance please contact us.
If you are a Team Admin and have added Microsoft integrations on behalf of your organization:
- Login to your web app and go to Corporate-Wide Integrations to view all of your existing corporate integrations
- Click the red 'Upgrade Now' button if it appears on your Microsoft integration card (such as ActiveDirectory)
