While CalendarHero takes care of finding the best time to meet, there are times when you already know what time you want to schedule your meeting. While booking a specific time CalendarHero will alert you if you already have a conflict. A conflict could be due to an existing meeting, a calendar block, or due to your daily downtime. If needed you can decide to ignore that conflict and "Book Anyhow".

Book Anyhow (Web Scheduler)
If you use the web scheduler to schedule a meeting (or group class) at a specific time, but you already have a meeting at that time you will be presented with the known conflicts and the option to "Book Anyhow." When the alert appears simply click "Next" to agree to double book at the selected time slot.
The Book Anyhow option is only available for meeting or group class requests made for a specific time. It will not appear when selecting "Ask my invitees to suggest a date and time".
Book Anyhow (Chat)
If you ask your assistant (in your favorite chat platform) to schedule a meeting at a specific time, but you already have a meeting at that time you will be presented with the option to "Book Anyhow". If you choose yes then your assistant will ignore the conflict and double-book you.
The Book Anyhow option is only available for meeting requests made for a specific time (e.g. "meet with Alexey on Tuesday at 4 pm"), and not for open requests (e.g. "meet with Alexey next Tuesday").
