How do I customize the branding on the invitee experience?

Looking to customize your invitee scheduling experience? Pro and Team plan users can quickly and easily customize the invitee experience with their own logo and/or profile icon.

When a custom logo is added it will appear:

• On the left banner of the meeting acceptance page
• On the top of the Meeting Directory page

When a custom profile icon is added it will appear on the:

• On the left banner of the meeting acceptance page
• On the top of the Meeting Directory page (replacing the meeting default icon)

Pro and Team plan users can also select to hide the small "powered by CalendarHero" footer at the bottom of these pages.

Add a Logo (Individuals)

Individual Pro and Team plan users can now easily upload a custom logo from the new 'Branding & Display' page.

To add a logo:

1. Go to My Account My Profile Branding & Display
2. Under "Custom Logo" select "Display Custom Logo" 
3. Click "Upload Logo"
4. Select your logo (JPG or PNG) and upload
5. On confirmation, your logo will be added to your invitee experience

Add a Logo for all Members (Team Admins) 

Only Team plan administrators can add and enable the display of a custom logo for their entire organization. Once added by the Admin, individual users cannot override the logo.

To get started - follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the Admin Settings and click on the "Branding & Display" tab (https://app.calendarhero.com/org/settings)
2. Under "Custom Logo" select "Display Custom Logo" 
3. Click "Upload Logo"
4. Select your logo (JPG or PNG) and upload
5. Click Save. Your logo will be added to the invitee experience for ALL members of the Team plan

Note: On all Team plans this is automatically hidden

Customize the Profile Icon 

The profile icon appears:

• On the left banner of the meeting acceptance page
• On the top of the Meeting Directory page

By default, a calendar icon will display as the profile icon. Individual Pro and Team plan users can easily customize their profile icon from the Branding & Display page by either uploading a custom icon or selecting to hide the icon by selecting "No icon".

To add a custom icon:

1. Go to My Account My Profile Branding & Display
2. Under "Custom Icon" select "Display Custom Icon" 
3. Click "Upload Icon"
4. Select your logo (JPG or PNG) and upload it. 
   1. TIP! Square-cropped images work the best. 
5. On confirmation, your icon will be added to your invitee experience.

Hide Footer (Individuals)

By default, a small "Powered by CalendarHero" appears in the footer on the invitee experience. Individual Pro and Team plan users can choose to hide this footer.

To hide the Powered by footer:

1. Go to My Account My Profile Branding & Display
2. Under "Footer" select "Hide tagline" 
3. Click "Save". The footer will no longer appear on the meeting acceptance page.
