How to Redirect invitees after scheduling

By default, after your invitee schedules a 1:1 event CalendarHero displays a confirmation message confirming that the meeting was booked at the selected time. CalendarHero users can select "Redirect to Custom URL" to automatically redirect invitees to an external website - such as a thank-you page. 

Redirect to a Custom URL is available to Professional and Team plan users: View Plans

Adding a Redirect URL

Your Confirmation can be customized from any of your Meeting Types. If enabled it will apply to all 1:1 meeting booking styles - e.g. Personal Scheduling Links, Private Links, or Meeting invites sent via your Assistant.  

• Open "Invitee Experience" under your Meeting Type
• From "Confirmation UX" select Redirect to custom URL
• Set your redirect timing
  • We recommend 5 seconds so that the invitee can first read the important scheduling confirmation details that appear on the CalendarHero confirmation page. However, this can be set to 0 for an instant redirect.
• Enter your custom URL - e.g. www.mymarketingwebsite.com
  • Note: For security reasons "https://" links are required

1:1 Meetings: Below is an example of the scheduling confirmation page that appears for 1:1 meetings. The information confirms the meeting was booked at the selected time. If you add a redirect to a custom URL please note that this confirmation message will appear only for the length of time you set, before the user is taken to the custom URL.

Group Meetings: Below is an example of the scheduling confirmation page that appears for group meetings (which requires time recommendations from multiple invitees). The information confirms the meeting times suggested by the invitee. If you add a redirect to a custom URL please note that this confirmation message will appear only for the length of time you set, before the user is taken to the custom URL.
