To cancel your Corporate/Team plan, a user set as an administrator for your organization will navigate to the Users section under the Organization-wide options of their dashboard. To remove a team member, the user must select the three dots adjacent to the member's name and opt for the Remove from team option. Once this action is executed, the member's account will be downgraded to a Basic subscription.
Please ensure that the administrator is the final user removed from the team as they will lose access to the organization-wide options.
Your subscription will be cancelled once all users and administrators have been removed from the team.
Please note that there is currently no way to downgrade from a Corporate/Team plan to a Professional plan. If a user wants to upgrade to a Professional plan, they can do so after they have been removed from the Corporate/Team plan.
